Today, I am sharing some embellishments I made to sell in my Etsy store.
I used two of the stamps from Unity's Kit of the Month for April.....
The darker brown is Soft Suede and the lighter brown is actually more of the tea dye inking system from PTI. Then I added a little Kaiser pearl to the centers.
They are mounted on scallop punched circles of Kraft and Soft Suede.
Great for cardmaking or scrapbooking.
I have been working on my Etsy shop for a couple of weeks now, adding a couple of things here and there. Check it out by clicking on the link to the right ------->
Have a great weekend everyone!!!
Mine will be filled with hockey and lacrosse!! :)

Monday???? Really???

I completely forgot about posting today...........
Weekend was here and gone in a flash!
Today is a quick post to share another little note card box I made a little while back.
The {ippity} kit - Just Wanted To Say has seen a great deal of ink for sure.
My plans are to make a set of cards to put into this box, wrap it up, and add it to the items I have for sale......Etsy shop is up and running, but currently under a little bit of "construction".
I will be adding a link to it here when it's ready.
Anyway, the box is from a template I got from Lauren Meader's My Time Made Easy shop.
Card Catch All. The template is super easy to use and only $5.
You can even download it from the site and it comes in the format to use with your cutting machines if you so choose. I get the PDF, print a template, trace, and cut!!

FWF......Card Set

I love, love, love these frames from the April Unity Kit of the Month...
They were stamped onto PTI Vanilla cardstock using the PTI Vintage Touch Inking system.
It is tea dye ink and gives an antique look when used - especially to sponge edges.
The center flowers are also stamps from this kit.
The card base is Kraft and I layered some soft suede cardstock in there too.
There are Kaiser pearls in the centers of all of the flowers.
This 3x3 set will be going up for sale in my Etsy store shortly...
FOR SALE!!!
By the way, I am doing some spring cleaning........
Click HERE or on the page tab above to see what I am selling.
You can email me or send me a FB message if you are interested in anything!!
I will be adding and updating a few times a week, so check back often!!

Monday already.........

Really quick post today......
This thank you card came together nicely. I use that wonderful branch again from the {ippity} kit .....Devoted.
I used Soft Suede from SU! for the base and cut the largest size from Nestabilities Labels 1 set.
The script background is from PTI...Text Style I.
It was stamped with a Tea Dye Ink that PTI also sells.
The sentiment (thanks) was stamped on some twill ribbon.
I paper-pierced designs into each corner of the card for a little added touch.
That's it! Happy Monday!!

FWF...Thanks

Very quick, simple, basic card to share today.
I had not inked up my {ippity} Regal Greetings kit yet...
I used the chandelier stamp with Versamark Watermark ink on some PTI Smokey Shadow paper. It actually shows up quite nicely.
The DP is some My Minds Eye I picked up recently at Michaels.
The sentiment is also from this kit! The ribbon is some black velvet I had in my stash, but not sure where it is from.
Happy Friday and thanks for stopping by!!

{ippity} Mondays

Put this card set together using the ever versatile {ippity} kit, Just wanted to Say.
I used up some scraps making these cards, and kind of played the layouts by ear based on what I had to use. I did some scoring with my ScorPal to add a little to the somewhat plain, CAS style of the cards.
The box I put them into is from
Lauren Meader's My Time Made Easy
My set only uses the bottom part of the template, but you can also make the top half and decorate it too.
It fit these 4 cards + envelopes perfectly!
Happy Monday, and thanks for looking!

Spring Cleaning...

I am thinning out some of my stamps! As much as I hate to part with any, I have accepted the fact that I won't and can't use them all.
I have decided to sell off some here and there.

FWF......Friday Flair Unity Style

Above is my card for this weeks Friends with Flair post. The sentiment is from Unity KOTM,
The paper is some new My Mind's Eye I picked up at Michaels the other day. I matched some cardstock to the colors in the paper and used the layout from one put out by Verve recently.
Below, you can see where I made my own faux brads.
I am personally not a fan of brads.....but I love these. They are simply paper punched circles from one of my hand punches.
I adhere them to my card and then coat them in Crystal Effects!
Once dry, they look like shiny buttons and they are much less expensive than brads!!

{ippity} for Monday

The sentiment is from the set above and the butterfly is from the set below.

The card turned out much nicer that it photographed.
I actually cut the flowers out from the My Mind's Eye paper Quite Contrary that came with this last {ippity} release.
Also available for purchase from me.
You can't see it very well, but there is glitter on the flowers and the dots on the butterfly.
Like I said, much prettier in person.

Friday, Friends, and Flair

Unity recently paired up with the talented Donna Downey and put out a couple of very pretty stamp kits....
This card showcases....
Some PTI Lemon Tart cardstock, Kraft, and Fresh Snow PTI ink make up this card.
I distressed the edges slightly and added some soft white ribbon.
Happy Friday Everyone!! Enjoy your weekend.........
hard to believe it is going to be 80 degrees here tomorrow!!!
