Monday = H{ippity} Hop!!

Monday is here already!! The weekend flew right by again....

I did this card last week and just have not posted it yet. It's another card using that piece of corrugated paper that came as packing material in something I bought. I punched a scalloped circle and sponged the edges.

Again, I have used Kraft for my card base and some of the Cosmo Cricket Nutmeg paper. The ribbon is some American Crafts from Michaels.

Friday FWF...

Just a quick post today and a simple little card.....

The image and sentiment are from the Unity Kit of the Month
Savor the Journey.
Nothing fancy here, just stamped the image and colored it with my Prismacolor pencils.
Added a little twine and rounded the edges.
That' it.
That's all I have today - bad head cold is slowing me down... :)

It's {ippity} Release Day!

Today is the release day for the 2010 Winter {ippity} Collection.

I will post the new releases in a little bit, but wanted to share a card for the H{ippity} Hop this morning.

Although not one of my favorites, and not with stamps from the new release since I haven't gotten to ink any up yet, this card was made with a kit from the last release.....

H{ippity} Hop Monday

This week, I have a cute little card set and box to share!

I made up 4 cards using the {ippity} kit

Just Wanted to Say (For sale on my blog @ $13.00/kit).

This kit is so versatile with all of it's sentiments and borders. The stamps are top quality too, so the sentiments come out crisp and clear.

Above is the little box I made to put the cards in. This is a super simple to make.

This is perfect for a small card set, photos, recipes, or whatever else you may want to put in it.

The cards were put together using some scraps of paper I wanted to use up with some My Minds Eye paper I had. The box was made from SU! Bashful Blue, and the cards have that blue on some PTI Rustic Cream.

Monday's H{ippity} Hop!

Wow, Monday........where did the weekend go??

I put this card together for today's hop using the Unity {ippity} kit

Because of You.

These little mushrooms all come in the kit with 8 other stamps!! It is a very versatile kit and one of my favorites in the first {ippity} release.

I punched the scallop circles out from a piece of packing material I got in something I ordered this past week.

I am always looking to recycle what I can back into my cards and this corrugated cardboard piece was perfect.

The sentiment is from the SU! set, Wonderful Words.

I also used Unity's Distressed Dots background stamp on this card. Another one of my favorite and well loved stamps.

Added some twine and put a little Dazzling Diamonds glitter on each of the mushrooms for an added touch.
