Watercolor is trending right now and it is everywhere.  I've seen so many wonderful creations
out there lately with watercolors being used.
I have only dabbled in it and this card is one of my recent creations using the technique.
I used some watercolor paper and stamped onto it with my PTI inks.  Right after stamping, I went over each one with a brush dipped in water to "blend" the ink a little and give it the watercolor effect.
I love how it turned out.  I'm hoping to use this a little more, especially in my holiday cards & tags!

Tags & More added to Clearance/Destash

Tonight I am sharing a couple of tags that I put together the other day using up some
scraps and smaller pieces of paper from other projects.

I also wanted to share the link to the CLEARANCE - DESTASH section
of my Etsy Shop.  I am cleaning out some unused stamps & supplies and I have
added them to the shop in the same section as my clearance shop items.
If it isn't getting used, then I need it gone!
It's amazing how fast these things pile up and before you know it, you are short on crafting space...

Time to Clean Out the Shop....CLEARANCE SALE

It's time to "de-clutter" and clean up the Etsy Shop....
I have dropped the prices on most of the items by 50% and moved them to the
CLEARANCE-DESTASH section of the shop.

Click HERE to go directly to that section of the shop.

Lots of tags, ribbon, and bags available for super prices!!

These are items that once they are gone, will no longer be available through my shop.
I am trying to make room for some new items and change things up a bit.

And stay tuned - I will also be destashing my personal crafting supplies and adding them to this section of the shop as I clear them out!

here is a birthday card I have to share with you today too!

I used the new Papertrey Ink die and stamp set - Phrase Play #5.
Along with that, is some twine, a mini doily, and sequins (all available in my shop!)

Precious Remembrance Stamps June Release

It's time again for another Precious Remembrance Stamps Release!!
For the June release, I created a card that could be used for any number of special occasions
where something is being celebrated!

I used some matching designer paper scraps to make a little background and simply stamped the
sentiments onto a die cut tag.  Added my favorite round sequins and some twine.

Here is the new set:

It really is a fun set and the best thing about all of the Precious Remembrance sets is that they
work well with each other and you can mix them up - so versatile!!

In honor of the release we are blog hopping........
Make sure you stop by the other design team blogs to see their release creations for some
great inspiration - then head over to the shop and get your own set!

Long Weekend Crafting...

Things are slowing down just a bit and I have had some time to sit and use some of my newer stamps and dies.  Here is a card I made using some Papertrey Ink from their last release.

I die cut the butterfly using some raspberry shimmer paper (it's hard to tell from the photo and it looks so much prettier in person).  The sentiment is from the Wet Paint III stamp set.  Yes, there are three of these types of sets and they are all my current favorites!

I added some raspberry twine and a moonshine sequin to finish it off.  Love this color combo!

Thanks for stopping by and enjoy your long weekend!
