It's my turn to post for the design team over at Precious Remembrance Stamps Blog.  

For this Project Thursday, I chose a simple layout and used the "never give up" sentiment

from the DIY stamp set.  

A Kraft base, some mini doilies, a button, and some twine.

Simple card with a big message!

Project Thursday - Library Journal Cards

For this weeks Project Thursday at Precious Remembrance Stamp Shop,

I put together this set of journaling cards.  Project Life type scrapbooking albums are quite popular

right now and I used both of the newly release sets on these.

Precious Remembrance November Release is Here...

Today's the day!

November's stamp release with Precious Remembrance Stamps  has two sets being revealed...

My release day project is a CAS card using the DIY set.  When I saw this set, I thought of teachers, school, etc.  So I just happened to have just picked up the Simple Stories paper pad Smarty Pants and put the two together.

I even cut out an extra apple to add to the tag!

Joy...

It's no surprise that I love snowflakes.  I put them into most of my projects this time of year.

I actually have to force myself in another direction sometimes....

On this card, the paper does most of the work.

The sentiment is PTI from a kit called 'Tis the Season Sentiments.

One of the snowflakes is from a PTI die and the other is from Simon Says Stamp.

I embellished with some white thread and a black stone.

Love this tree...

I've been super busy with lots going on, but in between I've still hada little creative time.  During a recent scrapbook retreat, I workedon some holiday stuff.

I got some time to work with some new dies that I got just before the retreat.  I love this tree die set from Simon Says Stamp called Layered Tree.  Up top is a fun, bright card made using a Paper Smooches sentiment.  Below is a softer, prettier version with some more neutral colors.

The sentiment here is from an Ali Edwards Technique Tuesday December Daily set from last year.

Trick or Treat

I love goody bags and tags just dress them up so nicely.

I made up this tag first and then thought it would 

look so cute clipped on to a plain Kraft bag.

The ghost and sentiment are from a new set I got from

Technique Tuesday called Boo.

It has the cutest stinkin' Dracula bat in the set too!

The papers are from last year's Authentique Halloween collection.

I glittered a tiny clothes pin so the bag can be closed up and 

the tag attached to it when gifted.

This tag turned out so cute, I might just have to make some more 

of these!

I have the black rustic twine and the orange chevron ribbon available

in my Etsy shop.

Holiday Cards and Project Thursday...

Today, I am sharing this card for my Project Thursday post over at the

I love this set and the versatility that it has.  It is great for many different 

types of holiday projects!!

Merry, merry.....

If you can't tell by now, I really love making tags!

I just got some new dies and this "merry" die was one of them.

It is the perfect size for tags and cards

I used some Scor-tape to make a clean stripe and then 

added glitter.  

I'm pretty happy with how these CAS tags turned out!

The bows are from crepe paper and another die that

I got from Simon Says Stamp - the perfect bow die.

Burlap Ribbon With a Stitched Center....Good Stuff

Just in time for your holiday projects, this new ribbon is now

It's soft, pliable and perfect for so many things.

scrapbook pages.....

Release Day @ Precious Remembrance

I am very excited to be able to take part in my very first
 design team stamp release!

The newest stamp set from Precious Remembrance Shop is a
super fun Christmas set......

I created a gift bag using the "do not open" stamp from the set

and then added "the date" with a snowflake in the background.

I love the color combo of this MME paper.

To finish off the bag, I added some Peppermint Baker's Twine 

that matched the paper perfectly!
